Slotlair grants access to bonus offers and promotional balances (the "Bonus") strictly on the basis of these general bonus terms and conditions. By accessing the Site, participating in any Bonus promotion, or accepting a Bonus, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using Bonus promotions.
Participation in Bonus offers is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who have opened a Slotlair account in good standing. You must be the named holder of the account and keep login credentials confidential. Sharing login details or allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. Slotlair may request identity verification at any time, and winnings arising from accounts found to be under the legal age shall be forfeited.
Bonuses may be offered as match bonuses, free spins, or other promotional formats. Each Bonus is subject to the terms applicable to that offer and to these general Terms. Unless stated otherwise, a single Bonus may be active per player, per device, per payment method, and per household. Slotlair reserves the right to revoke or withdraw a Bonus if these requirements are not met or if abuse or fraud is suspected.
Wagering requirements apply to active Bonuses and any winnings derived from Bonus play. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times the combined amount of the Bonus and any usable winnings. Example: with a 20 EUR Bonus and 5 EUR in winnings, total wagering equals 30 × (20 + 5) = 750 EUR. Game contributions are as follows unless the Bonus terms state otherwise: Slots and Arcade games contribute 100% toward wagering; Video Poker contributes 20%; Table Games contributes 10%; Live Casino contributes 0%. Bets placed with non-Bonus funds do not count toward the Bonus wagering. Bets placed with Bonus funds that are cashed out, or that are voided, may be excluded from wagering calculations.
Bonuses must be used within the period specified for each offer. In all cases, a Bonus expires no later than 30 days from activation unless a different expiry is stated with the offer. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the expiry period, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be removed from the account.
Withdrawals of Bonus-derived winnings are subject to meeting the applicable wagering requirements and any offer-specific conditions. If you request a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements, Bonus funds and any related winnings may be forfeited. The maximum withdrawal amount associated with a Bonus, and any proof-of-identity requirements for withdrawal, shall be as stated in the Bonus offer documents.
Slotlair reserves the right to reclaim Bonus value and/or Bonus winnings if a Bonus is obtained or used in breach of these Terms. Abuse, collusion, or other fraudulent activity may result in suspension of the Bonus, reversal of winnings, or account closure. Slotlair may also limit, suspend, or terminate participation in any Bonus program at any time without prior notice.
Slotlair may require documentation to verify identity, age, address, and payment methods prior to Bonus activation or withdrawal. Until verification is completed to Slotlair’s satisfaction, access to the Bonus and withdrawals may be restricted. Slotlair may monitor communications and activities for security and regulatory compliance, and may share information with payment providers and relevant authorities where required by law.
Slotlair operates in compliance with applicable law and may restrict access to Bonuses from jurisdictions where promotional offers are prohibited or restricted. Access from any restricted jurisdiction is not permitted for Bonus activities, and attempting to use a Bonus from such locations may result in forfeiture or account suspension.
Slotlair may amend these Bonus Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately unless a later date is specified. Where feasible, Slotlair will provide notice of material changes via the Site or other reasonable methods; however, continued use of Bonuses after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you may discontinue use of Bonus offers and close your account.
These Bonus Terms are governed by the applicable laws under which Slotlair operates. Any disputes arising from Bonus offers shall be resolved in the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, consistent with mandatory consumer protection and local laws.
Your personal data processed in connection with Bonus offers is governed by Slotlair’s Privacy Policy. By accepting Bonuses, you consent to the processing of your personal data for purposes related to administering promotions and fulfilling legal obligations.
